Hi, I’m Sarah Rodrigues, the founder of Rooted RevOps. I’ve spent the past seven years working across marketing, operations, and sales enablement. The part of every role I loved most was building the systems behind the scenes: mapping processes, connecting tools, and creating structures that teams could rely on.

Over the years, I’ve implemented CRMs, led migrations, built automations, designed lifecycle stages, and created reporting that actually reflects KPI's and addresses the gaps that matter. I’m naturally drawn to the details: understanding how data moves, how teams collaborate, and how the right foundation can make everything feel simpler and more aligned.
